Hello! I’m a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with over 15 years of experience in higher education, tutoring, and academic mentoring at the American University of Beirut, SKEMA Business School and University of Sydney. I currently work as a university lecturer, thesis advisor, and admissions officer, helping students succeed throughout every stage of their academic journey.
My expertise includes business, management, research methodology, academic writing, thesis and dissertation supervision, and student development. I have guided undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students in achieving their academic and professional goals through personalized support, practical insights, and evidence-based learning.

My teaching style
My teaching style is student-centered, supportive, and results-driven. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my approach to each individual’s learning style, academic background, and goals. I focus on simplifying complex concepts, encouraging critical thinking, and helping students develop the confidence to solve problems independently rather than simply memorizing information.
My past experience
I have over 15 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, and academic mentoring across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in the UK, Australia, the US, and the Middle East. Throughout my career, I have taught a wide range of business and management subjects, including strategic management, corporate governance, compliance, leadership, entrepreneurship, research methodology, business ethics, and organizational behavior.
As a university lecturer, I have designed and delivered engaging courses, developed assessments, supervised student projects, and facilitated interactive learning experiences that promote critical thinking and practical application. In my role as a thesis advisor, I have successfully guided master’s and doctoral students through every stage of the research process, from proposal development and literature reviews to methodology, data analysis, dissertation writing, and final defense preparation.
In addition to teaching, I serve as a university admissions officer, where I evaluate academic applications, advise prospective students, and support them in selecting programs that align with their academic and career aspirations.
My Proudest Achievements
Throughout my career, my greatest achievement has been the success of my students. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of students, many of whom have successfully completed their degrees, earned top academic results, published research, and advanced into leadership roles in their respective fields.
I take particular pride in guiding master’s and doctoral candidates through the challenging process of completing their theses and dissertations, helping them transform complex ideas into high-quality academic research. Seeing students gain confidence, overcome academic challenges, and achieve milestones they once thought were out of reach is the most rewarding part of my work.
Beyond the classroom, I have contributed to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, admissions, and the design of innovative educational initiatives that enhance student learning and institutional excellence. I am proud to combine academic expertise with practical mentorship, creating a supportive learning environment where students are empowered to think critically, conduct meaningful research, and reach their full potential.
