12About Me
Hi, I’m Tia, and I’m an Economics and Management undergraduate at the University of Oxford. I’m a tutor for Maths, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, TARA Admissions Test, SAT, UCAS Personal Statement Writing, and Oxford Interview Prepatation, with over 3 years and 150 hours of tutoring experience. I have tutored students both online and in-person, with ages ranging from 12-18 years old. I’ve helped a student jump from a B to an A* in Economics A-Level, and I’ve guided a student through the UCAS process and helped them achieve an Oxford Economics and Management offer. I am a top 1% TSA scorer, achieving a 9.0 TARA equivalent. I achieved A*A*AA at A-Level (2025), with Maths at 96%, and 12 Grade 9s at GCSE (2023), with Maths at 98%, Further Maths and Chemistry at 97%, and Biology at 94%. Outside of academics, I’m a national-level kayaker and a certified scuba diver! I’m super excited to work with you!
My teaching style
I personalise my lessons to all students. I make PowerPoints based on their weaknesses and can either share my screen or share the slides before – whichever the student prefers. I teach content first, then do a few practice questions.

Top 1% TSA scorer. 2x academic scholar at top schools in the country. 3rd place in Kayaking Great Britain Marathon National Championships.
