I’m a second-year medical student at King’s College London, originally from the Netherlands and Spain but growing up in the UK. Before medicine, I spent four years teaching piano and Spanish, which gave me a real appreciation for how differently people learn and how much consistency matters when building a skill. I’ve also been tutored by Medic Mind in the past, so I have hands-on experience supporting students through academically demanding content. Alongside my studies, I climb, cycle, and train regularly. I can give good insight into what to expect in medical school, what clinical life is like, and how best to prepare for it. I also have many international friends, so I know the difficulty that it brings shifting countries and starting something as big as Medicine. That mindset carries directly into how I teach. I know what it’s like to sit exams, manage a heavy workload, and still show up prepared. I’ll bring that same work ethic to your sessions.
