About Me
I’m a Cyber Security graduate with a strong understanding of both the subject matter and the reality of exam pressure. I don’t just focus on what to study, but how to approach exams effectively — from time management and question strategy to understanding what markers are actually looking for.
My style is practical and straight to the point. I break complex topics down clearly, spot patterns in exam questions, and help you avoid the common mistakes that cost easy marks. Sessions are focused, calm, and tailored to how you learn, no generic teaching, no unnecessary waffle.
At the same time, I understand that confidence and mindset matter. Exams can feel overwhelming, especially when things haven’t gone smoothly before. I aim to create a supportive environment where you can ask questions freely, improve step by step, and walk into exams feeling prepared rather than stressed.
My teaching style
My teaching style is guided, focused, and results-driven. We get the job done. I don’t rush through topics or move on just to stick to a schedule, repetition is key. If something isn’t fully understood, we go over it again until it clicks.
I teach step by step, breaking concepts down clearly and linking them directly to exam questions and mark schemes. I pay close attention to where students get stuck and work through those areas properly rather than glossing over gaps.
Sessions are structured but flexible, calm but purposeful. The aim is real understanding, strong exam technique, and confidence built through clarity and repetition, not guesswork or surface-level learning.
My past experience
Yes. I’ve done one-to-one tutoring previously, supporting students with understanding core topics, improving exam technique, and building confidence in their approach to assessments.
My experience comes mainly from individual tutoring rather than large classrooms, which has helped me develop a guided, student-focused style. I’m used to identifying weak points quickly, revisiting topics through repetition, and explaining concepts in a clear, practical way until they’re properly understood.
My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements is graduating in Cyber Security after a demanding academic journey. As part of my progression, I interviewed with Russell Group universities and continued investing in my development through private education after graduation to strengthen my skills and career direction.
Alongside academics, I trained and competed in Muay Thai, representing my gym against others. Competing required discipline, structure, and the ability to perform under pressure — qualities that directly shaped how I approach challenges both academically and professionally.
Both paths required consistency, resilience, and self-discipline. These experiences shaped how I work and how I teach: staying focused, improving through repetition, and pushing through difficulty to achieve results.
