My teaching style
My teaching style is adaptive and inclusive, focusing on transforming complex scientific concepts into accessible and practical knowledge tailored to diverse learning needs. I prioritise creating a supportive and nurturing environment, especially for students with SEN, EAL, autism, ADHD, and SEMH challenges. I employ behaviour management strategies and personalised feedback to promote student confidence and academic achievement while addressing individual welfare and mental health.
My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements has been successfully supporting over 60% of students with SEND and EAL requirements, enabling them to engage meaningfully with the curriculum and improve their academic results. I have developed and delivered remote learning sessions that effectively reach vulnerable learners, ensuring continuity of education through innovative use of technology.
