Reegan
About Me
I’m Reegan, a graduate medicine student at the University of Oxford. Before studying at Oxford I studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, finishing with a 1st Class degree with a specialisation in Pharmacology.
I have been a tutor for GCSE and A levels for 4 years, with many of my students having gone on to achieve A*s and study at top universities. I teach biology, chemistry, and maths at GCSE and A level.
Having been interviewed and accepted by both Cambridge and Oxford I have lots of experience with the application system and interview format. I have provided aid in making a competitive application for the past 3 years. As part of this I have also designed mock interview questions that have been used to build students confidence, problem solving skills, and interview skills to enable them to succeed at their Oxbridge interview.
My teaching style
My lessons typically focus on addressing topics that my students find the most challenging, we will discuss the topic and develop the ability to think laterally about the topic. I believe this helps solidify the students understanding and also prepares them to answer challenging application questions in their exams.
My past experience
I have been a private tutor for 4 years.
