3About Me
I am a University of Cambridge graduate with a Master’s in Architecture & Urban Design. I have worked internationally as an educator, teaching undergraduate classes at Cambridge on portfolio development and research techniques, and also coordinating the Design Thinking curriculum at UWC ISAK Japan. In addition to teaching, I have worked in admissions at the University of Cambridge, interviewing prospective students and assessing their research proposals for both originality and academic value.

My teaching style
In my teaching, I synthesise my experience as a designer and knowledge of the university admissions system to provide you with comprehensive advice on how to optimally present yourself as a prospective student, both academically and personally. Previous students I have worked with to improve their portfolio and personal presentation skills have gone on to join the University of Cambridge and a variety of prestigious London universities, from University College London to the Royal College of Art.
My past experience
I’ve taught in various capacities for over 10 years, both in a private capacity and within educational institutions. I’ve worked as an undergraduate tutor at the University of Cambridge, helping architecture and urban design students develop their design and thesis work. I also teach at an international school, UWC ISAK Japan, where I lead the Design Thinking course.
It brings me real joy to witness my students go on to achieve great things inside and outside of academia. I look forward to meeting more young students from around the world who are looking to maximise their potential through my classes – please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information!
