I’m a senior PMO and project professional with over 13 years of experience delivering multi year, global transformation programmes within financial services and regulated environments. I specialise in portfolio/project governance, value stream management , financial control, executive reporting, and stakeholder management, supporting large-scale change from initiation through to delivery. Known for bringing structure, clarity, and calm to fast-paced programmes, I work closely with senior leaders to ensure transparency, risk control, and measurable outcomes. Having led PMO functions across high-profile client onboarding and strategic initiatives, I am passionate about driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and enabling organisations to achieve sustainable transformation and business growth.
