Aya
About Me
I am Aya, a first-year Radiography student with experience tutoring at various tuition centres, supporting learners of all abilities. I help students build strong subject understanding alongside effective study habits that improve both performance and confidence. My science background enables me to explain complex ideas clearly and logically, breaking them into manageable steps tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style. I am patient, approachable and easy to talk to, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is not only to improve grades, but to help students become confident, independent learners who achieve their full academic potential and long-term success in exams and beyond. I am also able to help University students in their MMI’s as a Diagnostic Radiography student that recieved all 5 offers from UCAS.
My teaching style
I adapt my teaching style to each student, tailoring it to their individual learning style. I incorporate what I believe helped me the most during my education, such as interactive sessions, active recall, exam questions and creating sessions in a way that does not overwhelm the student.
My Proudest Achievements
I am most proud of my Diploma and A-level Sociology grade, as it took a while for me to find the best revision method that worked best for me, but once I did, the results showed. I am also proud of my sports achivements, especially in tennis.
