Final-year undergraduate pursuing a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath.
Several years experience tutoring up to undergraduate level, with excellent results.
Other experience includes: working in a child psychology lab while studying at Harvard University, working as an invigilator in primary schools for the University of York, volunteering at the University of Bath babylab, attending a postgraduate access course at Cambridge University, and ten plus years’ experience in childcare. Experienced working with neurodivergent individuals from childhood to early adulthood.
Achieved A*A*A in Psychology, English Literature, and French at A-level, and 9s including English and Maths at GCSE.
Strong skills in statistics and human and programming languages. Extra-curricular activities include ballet (grade 7), volunteering (5+ years, various charities) and reading.
My teaching style
My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and adaptive to each learner’s needs. I emphasise understanding over memorisation, encouraging students to think critically and make connections between concepts. I use a mix of discussion, hands-on practice, and visual examples to engage different learning styles. My goal is to build students’ confidence, curiosity, and ability to learn independently while providing clear guidance and constructive feedback along the way.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievements are academic, including achieving the highest grades at GCSE, A-Level and in my Undergraduate degree. I achieved 2nd in my cohort in my first year of University, and joint 1st in my second year.
