2About Me
I’m a 3rd year BA Graphic Communication Design student at UAL Central Saint Martins, based in London with diverse internship and freelance experiences.
I’m an multidisciplinary graphic communication designer. My design practice is situated within participatory design, provocative design, interactive design, and publication design, always sitting at the intersection of graphic communication, research, and creative writing.
I’m guided by a belief in learning through making. I aim to create collaborative spaces where experimentation, critical thinking, and iterative processes empower students to become active participants in shaping their own knowledge.
My work is deeply informed by Socio-Politics, Social Justice, Cultural Studies, and Education, viewed through a Southeast Asian lens — bringing a perspective that is both globally aware and personally grounded.
My teaching style
My teaching is rooted in critical pedagogy, I prioritise creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels seen and heard. I encourage honest and constructive critique and critical thinking, believing that questioning assumptions is where real learning begins. Alongside our conversations, I can offer curated references to help deepen your understanding and situate your work within broader contexts.
My past experience
I have informal experience guiding friends and family pursuing arts and design — cultivating open discussions around their practice, offering constructive feedback, and providing direction on their projects.
My Proudest Achievements
I was recently selected to pitch a show identity design concept for my university Central Saint Martins Shows 2026, a competitive process that pushed my branding and identity design skills. Although I wasn’t the winner, reaching the final round was a proud milestone that validated my design perspective and ability to communicate ideas under pressure.
