Hi, my name is Maryam Najafi and I am a recent LLB Law with business graduate and now undertaking a Masters in Law at UCL. With a strong academic background and a passion for helping others succeed, I offer a unique blend of legal knowledge and business insight. My teaching style is highly interactive – I don’t just talk at students; I work with them. I believe that real understanding comes from engagement, discussion, and breaking things down in a way that makes sense to each individual.
Whether it’s working through tricky legal concepts, strengthening essay skills, or developing confidence in business studies, I create a supportive and friendly learning environment where students feel heard and empowered.
I’m friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
My teaching style
My teaching style is interactive, student-focused, and supportive. I always tailor my approach based on each student’s individual needs, strengths, and learning preferences. I believe that when students are involved in their learning, asking questions, discussing ideas, and applying concepts—they gain a much deeper understanding and greater confidence.
My Proudest Achievements
I received the Deans Commendation for exceptional performance during my LLB Law with Business degree as I achieved a First Class. I am now undertaking a Masters in Law at UCL.
