We recommend this course to anyone aged 16-18. However, the Technology Summer School is also open to students aged 14-25 who are looking to gain more experience in the field of technology.

Upon reserving your spot for the Technology Summer School week, please note that it becomes non-refundable due to the meticulous planning involved, such as accommodation arrangements, room bookings, and logistical considerations. To guarantee your secured spot without any potential loss, you have the option to make a non-refundable deposit of £500. The remaining payment will be due prior to the start of the course, enabling you to complete the payment process before the programme commences.

The safety of your child is of the highest importance to us during our Technology Summer School week. Our dedicated Study Mind Safeguarding team will provide constant care and supervision throughout any necessary travel. While there may be travel between the accommodation and workshops or excursions, rest assured that your child will be fully accompanied throughout the entire journey.

During the course, you will be provided with comfortable individual rooms in accommodation in Central London, which includes breakfast and dinner. Your stay will begin on the Sunday night prior to the course start date and check-out on Friday, spanning a total of 5 nights. Rest assured, the premises are under 24/7 surveillance for your security, and our Study Mind staff members, trained in first aid and safeguarding, will be readily available to offer assistance whenever needed. Additionally, we can arrange airport pick-up services to further enhance your convenience.

Students coming to the UK for the Technology Summer School will need a Standard Visitor visa- https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor

The Standard Visitor visa can only be applied for by parents/guardians and costs £100. They must apply through the UK Gov website only, You can name our course and Study Mind as the guardians of under 18s, and provide then the course information and booking confirmation when applying for the visa.

We recommend booking flights first before applying for the visa, as the visa needs proof of a return flight (the course end date might be enough, but might result in rejection).
