I have graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2.1 in Philosophy and Theology. Prior to attending Oxford, I achieved A*A*A* in English Literature, Latin and Religious Studies, with 5 A*S, 4 Grade 9s and a Grade 8 in GCSEs.

For the past few years, I have been a private tutor which has also entailed mentoring young students and seeing them progress and achieving their dream spots at their universities. This has enabled me to build client relationships and to handle multiple concurrent tasks, since I balanced tutoring with my ability to thrive in Oxford’s rigorous academic environment. I also believe that I work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines, which is an ability that my time at Oxford has prepared me well for.

You can call me Roy. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at Universidad Católica De Valencia in Spain. Before this, I completed a Higher National Diploma in Medicine at the University of St. Andrews, and decided to embark on a career change from Medicine into Dentistry.

My slightly different journey into dentistry has been shaped by my diverse academic background and passion for healthcare. I do place huge importance on personal development; this goes beyond dentistry, and into creating a personal brand and diverse portfolio.
