Hello! I’m Harry, a Cambridge grad passionate about empowering students. Achieving 4 A*s at A-Level and 11 Grade 8-9 GCSEs through mostly teaching myself in a resource-poor environment, has built in me a deep appreciation for the power of education and the art of learning.This foundation in independent learning has deeply informed my tutoring, where I personalise strategies to each student’s needs, fostering their success even in settings as demanding as Cambridge or Oxford.

I specialize in Mathematics and Science for GCSEs, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics for A-Levels, and I provide expert guidance for students preparing for engineering admissions interviews and exams at Cambridge University. My approach is to tailor each session to not only cover the curriculum but to also instil the analytical and problem-solving skills essential for academic and professional success in engineering and business.

I have graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2.1 in Philosophy and Theology. Prior to attending Oxford, I achieved A*A*A* in English Literature, Latin and Religious Studies, with 5 A*S, 4 Grade 9s and a Grade 8 in GCSEs.

For the past few years, I have been a private tutor which has also entailed mentoring young students and seeing them progress and achieving their dream spots at their universities. This has enabled me to build client relationships and to handle multiple concurrent tasks, since I balanced tutoring with my ability to thrive in Oxford’s rigorous academic environment. I also believe that I work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines, which is an ability that my time at Oxford has prepared me well for.

I am well-placed to provide tuition at 11 and 13+, as well as English Language, English Literature and RE GCSE, A-Level and degree-level tuition. I am also up-to-date on examination syllabi and the requirements needed for achieving top marks.

I have tutoring experience in GCSE English Language, GCSE English Literature, GCSE Religious Studies and Oxbridge Classics admissions. I also mentor students in application for Oxbridge Classics, as I changed degrees in my third year, and assisted a student in her successful entrance to Oxford for Classics via personal statement, interview/test advice and general information about the course and university life. Therefore, I am available to support Oxbridge Classics admissions.

Science , Biology, Physics and Chemistry as well uptill GCSE. Business Management and administration up till Undergraduate and even professional level. My way of teaching is to understand the mindset of my students, understand their struggles, with my trait of empathy my students always open up with me and that’s exactly how I operate , because every student is different and their struggle is different, so there is no one single pattern to teach students . But as I understand my students struggles then I manage to create rite strategy to solve the problem. I do my regular monitoring to check performance by exams and homeworks, with the whole purpose to find out where more work is required. Prepare notes in form of points to make it easy for revision.

I hold a First-Class BSc degree in Business Information Systems from De Montfort University, and I’ve been working in both technical and leadership roles since graduating in 2018. My experience includes managing site operations and vehicle sales as a Site Manager and leading a sales team as a Senior Sales Executive. These roles have strengthened my communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills—qualities I bring into my tutoring.

Academically, I studied Biology, Psychology, and Urdu at A-Level, and I have a deep personal interest in subjects like biology and astronomy. I’ve also memorised the Qur’an in Arabic, which reflects my focus, discipline, and commitment to learning—values I aim to inspire in my students.
