As a graduate of the University of Bolton with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, I am excited to apply for a tutoring position. Throughout my academic career, I have developed a deep passion for teaching and mentoring students. With my extensive knowledge and experience in my field, combined with my enthusiasm for helping others learn, I am confident that I can make a positive impact on my students’ academic journeys.

Husham Akhlaq is a dedicated medical student and Physician Associate working within the NHS, specifically within the West Midlands. As the head of a team at Medipath International, he leads with a passion for medical education, innovation, and professional development. With a strong interest in neurosurgery, Husham is committed to continuous learning and advancing patient care. His leadership and mentorship skills reflect his dedication to empowering others in the healthcare field, ensuring the next generation of medical professionals excels in their careers.

I am very familiar with the struggles of the UCAT and medical school preparation, and so I am passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of getting in. I am friendly, kind, approachable and enthusiastic about teaching. I like to build a strong partnership with my students so that they feel as confident as possible throughout there application process. I quite enjoy the nature of the UCAT and the problem solving aspect of it, however I am rather understanding that it may not be too enjoyable for students who are under immense time pressure and pressure in general (a position I was also once in!).
