Hi there! My name is Grace and I have recently finished a French Literature MSt at Keble College, Oxford, for which I received a Distinction. I also completed a History and French BA for my undergraduate at Somerville College, Oxford and got a First Class. I’ve been tutoring for several years now so I have lots of experience, and I really enjoy being able to help students wherever I can. I’ve always put my academic studies first, and I know how important it is to do your best in exams; I find it extremely rewarding when I can help students to achieve this. Having got all A*s in GCSE and A-Level, and successfully passed through Oxford’s rigorous admissions process, I know first-hand what is required to do well at all of these stages. Hi there, my name is Hammad. I’m a Final year medic at Hull York Medical School (HYMS). I came across this opportunity from Medic Mind to get into teaching, something very much needed as a surgeon or doctor in general.
Due to being a high performer throughout my science subjects from highschool right through to university, I have taught a lot of my peers informally during class or outside of it. I feel I have a rather unique teaching style, using analogies and getting students to explain what they’ve learned or know already back to me, essentially incorporating my learning style (The Feynman Technique) into how I teach. Hiya, I’m an incoming medical student at Imperial College, and my application cycle was 2023 so I know all too well how students might be feeling and what’s to come this year. In the UCAT I achieved a score of 2970 last year and would be more than happy to spend time with you to get the amazing results that you deserve. Similarly, I sat the BMAT last year too, and have tons of experience on how to best revise for the different sections, as well as essay practice (I have lots of ideal essay answers) and tips for the actual exam – my scores were 5.9, 6.0 and 3.5A in the last cycle, which was within the top 10% that year and helped me land a place in Imperial! I got 3/4 offers at Imperial College London, King’s College London and the University of Bristol. Hi, I’m Fran! I am a postgraduate student at UCL, studying for MSc Science Technology and Society, which I hope to finish in 2024. In 2022, I graduated with a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where I specialised in Materials Science in my final year. I’m super passionate about science, and love science communication and policy-making. In my spare time, I enjoy rock-climbing, reading, board games, and music.

My name is Sahar and I am a third year medical student at UCL.
I achieved top grades for my GCSEs and A-levels, receiving A**/9 – A/7 in all my subjects, including level 9s in Chemistry, Physics and Maths GCSEs and an A* in A-level Maths.

I have also received awards at school for my performance in some of these subjects, including a mathematics award given to one KS3 student per year, as well as certificates for participating in the annual UK maths and biology challenges.

My favourite subjects at school were biology and maths, as I enjoyed solving problems by working with numbers, and learning interesting concepts about the human body. Hence I would love to share my love for these subjects with other students through tutoring!

I can also be quite flexible with lesson timings as well as teaching methods / lesson structures.
