Hi! My name is Frances Perez and I’m a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge, with a degree in Architecture (Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Architecture). I graduated with an Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1) from Cambridge, and prior to that, I graduated from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program with a 44/45 (my Higher Levels included Physics, Mathematics Analysis and Approaches, Visual Arts; whereas my Standard Levels included Psychology, English Literature, and Spanish AB Initio). I have migrated quite a bit, and thus have had the privilege to experience a plethora of cultures- thus, I think myself to be very open-minded and adaptable. I am an enthusiastic, design-focused individual, with a passion for anything design and architecture related, and I thoroughly enjoy helping students reach their full potential with my resources and experience.

As a dedicated student on a gap year, I am enthusiastic about helping students thrive academically and personally. My compassionate approach tutoring in GCSEs and A-levels inspire a student’s sustained and genuine efforts, fostering long-lasting growth and enrichment. Although I may be new to tutoring, my gap year experiences in volunteering and being involved in societies have equipped me with valuable skills and insights that I am eager to share. I am committed to understanding each student’s unique learning style and needs, tailoring my teaching methods to ensure effective comprehension and growth.
