We are currently seeking enthusiastic SEN / SEND Teachers in Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham and Strood to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of vulnerable learners. We support children and young people with a variety of needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and other additional educational needs. Medway SEN Teacher Role
As a SEN / SEND Teacher at Study Mind, you will:
• Provide 1:1 tuition in Maths, English, or Science to students with SEND, SEMH, and other learning needs.
• Create and deliver personalised lesson plans for each student.
• Adapt teaching methods to engage students and meet their unique needs.
• Track student progress and report outcomes to families and schools.
• Collaborate with schools and local authorities to support holistic student development.
SEN / SEND Teacher Tasks and Responsibilities in Medway
• Tailor lessons to each student’s learning style to promote academic and emotional growth.
• Deliver lessons that encourage academic achievement and personal development.
• Provide regular updates through lesson reports and feedback to families and wider support networks.

SEN / SEND Teacher Requirements in Medway
• Teaching Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent.
