Hi. My name is Reza I am currently a second-year medical student at the University of Glasgow. I remember how daunting and struggling it was the first time I was beginning to apply for medical school. From A-levels, Interviews, UCAT and personal statements there were a lot of things I had no idea about. This sense of feeling ‘lost’ is the primary reason I took on this role at medic mind. I genuinely want to teach and more importantly, fix aspiring students’ mistakes. I don’t want them to make the same ones I made and learned from during my time applying to university. Through my experiences, I want to guide young people to help get into medical school. I also was a former medic mind tutee myself so I am familiar with the system and how to approach students. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and cycling. Recently though, I have picked up the hobby of cooking.

Hi there! My name is Zunaira Saeed and I am a Junior Doctor. I have been tutoring students for Medical Interviews, A-levels, and GCSEs for about 10 years now. I also teach GAMSAT, BMAT and Interviews for Australian Medical Universities. At A-Levels, I achieved 2 A* in Biology and Chemistry and A in Physics. At GCSEs, I secured 7A*1A. My lessons are personalized to the individual student according to their requirements with special focus on their weaknesses and I give my students enough time until they are able to clear their concepts and improve before we move on to the next topic. Recently, one of my students got 2 offers from Queen Mary and Sheffield and another received an offer from UEA. Hi, my name is Arun and I am currently a 4th year medical student at Sheffield University intercalating in a clinical research project. I completed my A-levels, UCAT, and medical interviews in 2020. I had 4 interviews and received offers from all four. I am a well-experienced tutor having completed over 1500 hours of tutoring with Medic Mind in a range of topics, from GCSEs and A-Levels to UCAT and interviews as well as university consultations

I was one of the few students to undertake the A-level exams in November 2020 after my exams were cancelled due to Coronavirus. I am dyslexic so I have weird and wonderful ways to remember critical information and I hope I can support prospective doctors (dyslexic or non) to achieve their dream of becoming a medical professional.

I was not labelled as your typical medical student by my school. I continued to persevere until I reached the goal that I set for myself, with the help of my family.

Hello there, my name is Abena and I live in East London. I’m a really friendly, enthusiastic tutor, who enjoys helping students achieve their academic goals. Hello! My name is Anusha, and I am a 3rd Year Graduate Entry Medical Student at Swansea University. I have also completed a degree in Population Health and Medical Sciences, so I have a good knowledge of public health issues and a solid grounding in Biology.

When I applied the first time, I received interviews for Undergraduate Medicine at Sheffield, Southampton, Bristol and Plymouth, and offers at Sheffield, Southampton and Plymouth. When I applied for Graduate Entry Medicine, I received interviews from Swansea and Nottingham (Grad Entry) and finally chose Swansea as my Medical School!

I have good experience with the UCAT and the GAMSAT, and in the GAMSAT I scored high enough to secure two interviews at highly competitive graduate medical schools, so I have a wealth of tips and tricks for these exams. Hi, I’m Georgia. I have graduated from Queens’ College Cambridge with a BA Law degree. I took A-Levels in Physics, History and Economics, as well as studying Maths to AS-Level. I was part of the Cambridge University Law Society, the Queens’ Bench Law Society and the Cambridge University Arbitration Society, as well as the Astronomy Society. I have helped out at Queens’ College Open Days where I loved chatting to prospective students about the law degree, careers in law, and taking the LNAT.

I have accepted a Training Contract offer with Greenberg Traurig that will commence in 2026, after I attend BPP Law School in 2025 to take the Solicitor Qualification Exams. In the meantime, I have been tutoring, running workshops with StudyMind, and travelling. Outside of work I love playing tennis, cycling and editing videos!
