Hi my name is Arun and I am currently a 3rd year medical student at Sheffield University. I have recently undertaken my A-levels, UCAT, and medical interviews in 2020. I had 4 interviews and received offers from all four.
I was one of few students to actually undertake the A-levels exams in November 2020 after my exams were cancelled due to Coronavirus. I am dyslexic so I have weird and wonderful ways to remind critical information and I hope I am able to support prospective doctors (dyslexic or non) to achieve their dream to become a medical professional.
I was not labelled as your typical medical student by my school. I continued to persevere until I reached the goal that I set myself, with the help of my family.
I hope we can work well together and achieve what you set your mind to, just like I did. 🙂

Education has always been a huge priority in my life and I’ve had teachers that have helped me with my motivation and performance. Apart from tutoring, I enjoy cheerleading for my university and also part of the committee as the IT officer, helping with setting up the websites and posting on social media. In addition to this, I’m also president of two societies Oxford Black Medics Society and Mitski Society. I also regularly attend the gym and enjoy learning Spanish and Mandarin.
Fun fact: My name means I was born on a Tuesday

Hello! My name is Anusha, and I am a 3rd Year Graduate Entry Medical Student at Swansea University. I have also completed a degree in Population Health and Medical Sciences, so I have a good knowledge of public health issues and a solid grounding in Biology.
When I applied the first time, I received interviews for Undergraduate Medicine at Sheffield, Southampton, Bristol and Plymouth, and offers at Sheffield, Southampton and Plymouth. When I applied for Graduate Entry Medicine, I received interviews from Swansea and Nottingham (Grad Entry) and finally chose Swansea as my Medical School!
I have good experience with the UCAT and the GAMSAT, and in the GAMSAT I scored high enough to secure two interviews at highly competitive graduate medical schools, so I have a wealth of tips and tricks for these exams. I have been tutoring for over a year now, and my students have come out with great results.
During my spare time, I like to partake in Dance and Painting, both of which have helped me in maintaining a work life balance.
Hello! I’m Moniba, a Final Year medical student and I would love to help you improve any skills I can help with, as your tutor!
Outside of university, I enjoy playing football, photography and travelling. My main area of expertise is Medicine interviews, as I myself got a call for an offer on the same day as my interview. For the past 5 years I have sat in on MMI interviews at my university, and a mentor giving interview advice to future applicants,
whilst also practicing with students during mock interview sessions. I can also help greatly with medicine personal statements and how to stand out from so many applicants, as I have read and gone through many personal statements from friends and peers in the past few years. I already have a degree and have now been at university for 7 years so have a huge level of knowledge on how to develop skills needed to get into medicine I’m friendly, eager to teach, and want to ensure as many students can have the advice and tutoring that is so useful at this stage. Helping students achieve the highest possible grades and get offers from their top choice universities will be extremely rewarding and what I will aim to do!
Hi there! My name is Hafsa and I’m a dentist graduated from The University of Manchester in 2024. After successfuly receiving interviews at all 3 dental schools I applied to, and receiving offers from 2 of them I have a lot of experience I can share to complete a successful and eye-catching application. The personal statement being what sells you on paper and your personal traits being what sells you at your interview. There is so much that is being considered. After experiencing both panel and MMI interviews I have lots of key tips and advice I wish someone told me when I was applying. From volunteering, to personal statements to interview tricks, I can be your support throughout the process. I am on this platform to help increase the number of successful applicants – you could be one of them! 🙂

Hi there! Welcome to my tutor page, thanks for visiting!
I am Aashish Aggarwal, a Final-Year Graduate Entry Medic at the University of Limerick, Republic of Ireland. Prior to my current degree, I completed a Bachelor’s in Science in Applied Medical Sciences (Honours) at Swansea University, and achieved a Second Class (Upper), or a 2:1.
I have been tutoring for over five years by now, in which I helped a student getting Cs and Ds in A-Level Chemistry and Physics attain an A* in his final exams. I’ve also helped many students improve their overall GAMSAT scores by over 8 points.
I can also advise you if you are looking to study internationally in Ireland, as this is what I have done.
The key reason my students love me so much is that I provide complete guidance, from subjects at school, to aptitude tests, to personal statements, to university selection all the way to interviews.
Hi there! I’m Sam, a friendly fourth-year medical student at Birmingham University. I’m here to help you get into the wonderful world of medicine by teaching you all you need to know to excel in your entrance exams and impress your interviewers. Medical school is famously fun, exciting, rich with learning experiences and prestigious but getting in can be hard and stressful. But I am here to help. I will go through any questions you have about any stage of the process, teach you tips and tricks for both interviews and exams that will make you stand out and share resources that helped me beat the competition. I will also share exclusive insights into what interviewers actually think about applicants and MMIs as I have worked with them in setting up interview stations and questions at my medical school and know what they are looking for in an answer. I am also very qualified to help. For both the BMAT and UCAT I achieved scores that placed me in the top 1% nationally and I received 3 medical school places and an Oxford interview. Now I am scoring in the top decile of my cohort at medical school – which is very relevant as I know well how to utilise what I learnt at school to make the most out of my medical education. I can therefore give you tips and tricks that will propel your exam performance into truly exceptional scores and can give personalised feedback tailored to your strengths and weaknesses. I can give you MMI style interviews much more accurately than most other medical students and tutors and have a unique insight into the mindset of examiners. I can’t wait to get to know you and share my knowledge, and I hope that you enjoy learning this content as much as I do teaching it!
Hi! My name is Minhaj and I love tutoring. I am a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge with a master’s degree in engineering. I have quite a lot of experience when it comes to tutoring and mentoring students of all age groups in mainly STEM subjects. I have achieved 11A*s at GCSE and 4 A*s at A Level (in maths, further maths, physics and chemistry) so you can be confident in having me as your tutor for explaining even the most difficult content and helping you prepare well for exams!
My main academic interests lie within STEM areas, primarily maths and physics. This is why I chose to pursue engineering at university since it embodies both of these subjects with real-life applicable contexts. I did many super curricular activities throughout my academy journey including UKMT maths challenges (achieved GOLD twice) and attending the Isaac Physics Summer School at the University of Cambridge in Corpus Christi College (only 40 students were invited nationally).
I have experience in tutoring students from primary school all the way to students doing their A Levels (or equivalent). I also have experience in mentoring students for their university applications in STEM subjects including Oxbridge applicants. My primary area of focus for mentoring university applicants would be engineering applicants for Oxbridge. But I am also looking to mentor students in other STEM areas such as physics or maths, since the interviews and admissions test preparation often takes a similar journey. I am familiar with all the major UK STEM admissions test including the ENGAA, NSAA, MAT, PAT and TMUA (I practised with these myself for my admissions test) so I would be willing to help students prepare for these. I currently mentor and tutor many students for STEM applications to top universities including Oxbridge and Imperial College London. I help students with all aspects of their application including helping with writing personal statements and preparing for admissions tests as well as interviews.
