Hi, I’m Fran! I am a postgraduate student at UCL, studying for MSc Science Technology and Society, which I hope to finish in 2024. In 2022, I graduated with a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where I specialised in Materials Science in my final year. I’m super passionate about science, and love science communication and policy-making. In my spare time, I enjoy rock-climbing, reading, board games, and music.
I have been tutoring privately for around 4 years now, and I love it! I enjoy spreading my passion for science and love discussing new and interesting topics and issues in science with my students. I think it’s really important to engage children and young people with science, to encourage the next generation of medics, mathematicians, scientists, and engineers.

I am a current 2nd year medical student. I was successful in receiving offers from some of the most competitive universities on London. I have 7 years experience teaching and preparing students for GCSEs, A levels, university interviews and entrance exams. I have taught 1050+ hours online to around 86 students.

Aside from tutoring, I enjoy a wide range of sports such as horseback riding and badminton. I also love travelling, and have travelled to many countries such as Switzerland and Mykonos.

Hi! My name is Savannah and I am a 4th year medical student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, but I am absolutely loving my experience abroad. I am about to enter my 4th year in a 5 year medicine course, so I would say I have done my fair share of studying!

I am a very energetic, social and active person. I love to spend my free time hanging out with my friends, at the gym or playing sport! I also love a good movie or two! I grew up in a very loving family, who have always pushed me to be the best version of myself – and I couldn’t be where or who I am today without them and the help they provided me. I have two younger sisters, one which has just started her own medical studies, and the other about to enter high school. Helping them out with school work, interview preps and university advice has helped me to develop my teaching style and a passion for making others’ journey that little bit easier.

Hi there, I’m Caleb! I recently graduated with a First Class in Biology from the University of Oxford, and I have five years of experience in both tutoring and mentoring in various subjects. I’ve tutored both independently and for international agencies, so I’ve worked with students from a wide variety of nationalities, age groups, and educational backgrounds.

As a results-driven tutor, I work with my students to identify their specific goals and create a personalised teaching plan to achieve them. Hi, I’m Alessandro! I studied PPE at St Edmund Hall, Oxford, where I graduated with a 2.1 in July 2022 and achieved the highest mark in the PPE cohort in the Econometrics finals paper. I was also awarded an Open Scholarship for academic excellence in my first year (2020). I recently completed a master’s degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics at LSE, graduating with a Distinction and ranking 2nd in my cohort, for which I was jointly awarded the Ely Devons Prize. Prior to university, I was one of 275 out of 86,826 students worldwide to achieve a score of 45 in the International Baccalaureate (HL Maths, Latin and Ancient Greek). I have provided end-to-end support to students applying to Oxford PPE, helping them write their personal statement and prepare for the TSA and interviews, so I am keenly aware of how intimidating the process can be and how it can be simplified. 2 of my students achieved offers to study PPE at Oxford in the latest admissions cycle. I have also worked with students taking IB Maths and participated in teaching community projects for 4 years. In my spare time, I enjoy running and ran the Brighton Marathon in 2022; I am also currently learning Spanish. I am very excited to share my passion for PPE and Maths with students and help them develop their self-confidence, subject knowledge and critical thinking skills so that they can achieve their academic goals.
