About Me
I show utmost dedication towards each and every one of my students, towards their learning and how they feel during my personalized session for them.
Working with a bubbly personality and someone who anyone can talk to is very important to me, someone who actively wants to help students to achieve their goals and dreams.
Ensuring to provide an efficient but also relaxed session to my students is also important – so not to pile on constant pressure unnecessarily. If you want to achieve those grades that right now may seem out of reach, i’ll be here to make sure you can achieve them.
I really do like a range of sports, both watching them and playing them on a weekly basis. This is where i mainly learned my mentality of success and winning as sports can really give you harsh reality of your level and dedication. Football and cricket being the main two sports i really enjoy and who knows maybe even you are interested in sports? We could talk about it from time to time whilst ensuring our session goes smoothly and correctly.
My teaching style
I believe in the fact that students have their own speed and way of learning and trying to accommodate those needs is my first priority. Within my previous experience in tutoring, i adapted the technique of Active Recall as much as i could in the sessions, this includes asking questions from across the specification of the subject/students using flashcard for efficiently memorizing key points/advising students on how to their notes as condensed pieces of information – all apart of my teaching method of Active Recall.
Using my own-made resources and slideshows is sure to support students in a meaningful and effective way, to help them achieve the highest grades possible and attend the school they’ve dreamed of!
My past experience
With 2+ years of tutoring experience, i have got many students who have been able to get admission into top Grammar Schools across Birmingham, and using the tips that i myself have learned over the course of learning for my GCSEs and A-levels, I would love to help the next generation too.
I have achieved seven Grade 9s at GCSE and A’s at my A-Level subjects whilst attending a Grammar School and currently going to University.
My Proudest Achievements
Achieving my top grades both at GCSE and A-Level really did make me feel proud of myself.
Being school captain in many different levels.
Having the pleasure of being a school prefect and ambassador.
Being the captain in many of the sports teams i have been apart of.
