Hi, my name is Polly and I have just received a first class BA in Geography at the University of Oxford. I am about to start an MA in Chinese studies at SOAS in London. I’m originally from Bristol, where I studied history, art, geography and French at GCSE, followed by history, geography and politics at A-level. Although my expertise lies in geography and in general Chinese studies, I am able to tutor politics and history as well. Much of my degree addressed political matters both nationally and globally. Over my time at Oxford I have studied both physical and human geography so I am able to support students in both areas of the subject. I know how stressful and overwhelming the process of doing external exams can be. I can help students at any stage with the process of essay writing, time management, different learning techniques and styles, structuring revision, and with general understanding of content.
I am able to help students with their UCAS applications, and Oxbridge entrance exams.
