Hi there!
My name is Avanes Khachaturov, I am an economics graduate of the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge. I bring a personalized approach to tutoring that caters to each student’s unique needs. My goal is to make learning engaging and fun while ensuring academic success.
I specialise in economics and mathematics, from GSCEs to A-levels.

My teaching style
I prioritize student interaction and engagement. I firmly believe that mathematics is best learned and made intuitive by referring to graphic examples, which I usually ask the student to reproduce. I don’t believe in “stupid questions”, and encourage the student to share their thoughts with me so I can help guide them to the correct understanding through open-ended questions.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement so far is the opportunity to attend an economic programme at the London School of Economics that offers teaching at the frontier of current research.
