About Me
Hello there! I’m really excited to be here on the Medic Mind tutoring platform and connect with all of you. My name is Joshua, and I’m currently a fifth-year medical student at the University of Edinburgh.
I’m absolutely loving my journey in medicine, and have pursued an intercalated degree in BSc Neuroscience to further deepen my knowledge. Neuroscience has completely fascinated me, and it’s amazing to explore the intricate workings of the human brain and its functions. It’s an area I’m truly passionate about, and I can’t wait to share my insights with all of you.
When it comes to teaching, I firmly believe in creating an engaging and interactive environment. Each student is unique, and I strive to tailor my teaching approach to their specific needs. By fostering collaboration and support, I want to empower my students to actively participate in their learning and build their confidence along the way.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I bring a set of personal qualities that I believe make me an effective tutor. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are at the core of my teaching style. I genuinely understand the challenges students face, and I’m committed to providing the guidance and support they need to succeed.
