20About Me
Hi I’m Tasio and have just completed my final year at The University of Edinburgh doing a BSc with Honours in Acoustics and Music Technology. I am passionate about the intersection between physics and music and am keen to share this excitement with your child. I am an experienced tutor, have been teaching for over 2 years and having completed over 400 lessons in this time. My specialisms are in Maths, Further Maths and Physics KS3, GCSE and A-Level and also can teach French and Spanish for all levels due to my native proficiency in these languages. I am an adaptable individual and can tailor lessons to suit your child’s needs, may it be, developing confidence in a subject, or, achieving a specific grade goal for public exams. Having achieved 2A*s and 2As at A-Level in Maths, Spanish, Further Maths and Physics and having achieved 12A*s and 9s at GCSE I hope to be able to share all the tips and tricks that I learnt to succeed.
My teaching style
My teaching style is looking at topics and identifying problem areas and carefully curating tasks to slowly build confidence in these. Then slowly building upon these core foundations and introducing more complex questions and trying to slowly reduce the amount of help given to the student to foster independent thinking and learning.

I have over two years tutoring experience having tutored over 400 lessons.

ABRSM Grade 8 Piano & Violin, 2A*s 2As at A-Level, 12 A*s at GCSE.
