About Me
Having recently graduated from studying English and French Law from the University of Oxford (College: Christ Church), I have four years of experience in tutoring a vareity of subjects. I am a native Spanish speaker and I speak French fluently. I grew up and went to school in the UK, sitting GCSEs and A-Levels, although I am also familiar with the IB format.
Although I studied law at university, I am able to help with a wider variety of subjects. I am particularly happy to teach French, Spanish, or History to A-Level and IB students who are looking to study law (or a similar subject) at university. Having recieved offers to study at all of the universities that I applied to, and with years of experience preparing applicants for interviews, I am also able to assist you with preparing your personal statement, admissions test, or interview.
My teaching style
It is no secret that each student learns differently. I believe in adapting my teaching style in order to keep my students engaged and interested in the subject. During the first lessons, I like to learn about your interests as well as any points of difficulty that you may have. I will then structure further lessons around these points, ensuring that we make the most of each session.
My past experience
I have been tutoring for four years. I mostly teach Spanish and French, but I have also been helping law and oxbridge applicants prepare personal statements, LNAT, and interviews for three application cycles.
