6About Me
My name is Enrico and I am a final year undergraduate at the University of Oxford.
I can assist with both the LNAT and Oxbridge interviews and admissions, as well as the A-Level/GCSE Sociology, Business, Economics, History curriculum. I have extensive knowledge of proven techniques to dramatically improve students’ scores. I diligently set homework for my students and provide extensive performance feedback and essay marking.
My experience as both a domestic and international student during my secondary education studies has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the various challenges that ambitious students face when striving to achieve their full potential. I believe, however, that with the right educational technique and consistent work, it is nonetheless possible for anyone to reach their desired target grades and gain a place at their dream university.
My teaching style
I like to structure tutorial sessions under a plan-based approach. In my first tutoring session with a student, we would start by 1) understanding what are the initial areas of strength and weakness, 2) develop time-framed goals and a plan to reach these goals, and then 3) executing this plan in a manner consistent with my student’s needs and priorities.
I value the importance of practical application of the material learned in tutorials, meaning that I would set homework for my students to transform theory into practice.
My past experience
I helped dozens of students reach their goals and achieve considerable progress, on average, over an 8-9 points (30%) score improvement in the LNAT. I can help newcomers and those who have already practised independently to reach their goals and gain a place at their dream university.
My Proudest Achievements
Gaining the highest combined score (A*A*A*A*) of any social sciences student in my School whilst living away from my parents.
