My teaching style

My teaching style is structured yet flexible, ensuring that each student gets the support they need to excel. I begin by assessing their current level through targeted assessments, allowing me to tailor lessons to their strengths and areas for improvement. I use interactive PowerPoint presentations with animations to make complex topics engaging and easier to understand. Lessons include exam paper walk-throughs with mark schemes, as well as dedicated time for answering and reviewing exam questions to reinforce learning. I encourage real-life applications of concepts to deepen understanding and make the material more relevant. A key part of my approach is using a digital tablet for live annotations, making explanations clear and interactive. I also ask important questions throughout the lesson to continuously assess knowledge and ensure active participation. Additionally, I provide homework exam questions for extra practice and offer student-led sessions, allowing learners to take ownership of their progress while receiving the guidance they need.
