About Me
Hi I’m Kieran,
I’m a second year medical student at Oxford and I live in London. I went to a state school growing up where nobody becomes doctors, so I know how intimidating medicine can be to prospective students. I use sport to destress and I play rugby, football and netball socially. I also like mountain climbing, and I’ve climbed a number of high peaks in the Alps. I’m all about adventure and meeting new people. My favourite thing about being a Medic Mind tutor is watching my students progress.
I achieved university offers from Oxford, Bristol, Leeds, Cardiff and UEA so I am well equipped with the medical application process at a whole range of schools. I have a very good record with my students achieving interviews and offers consistently. I’m very excited to start working with you!!
My teaching style
I believe personality is the most important thing. I will teach students how to be personable, confident and professional. I have had personal success being accepted to one of the most prestigious colleges (Christ Church) at one of the top medical schools in the world, so I know exactly what it takes.
