Nadia
About Me
My name is Nadia and I am a medical student currently studying at Newcastle University. I know that the interview cycle is tough for a lot of people, but I am here to help, having extensive experience with tutoring interviews, both for multiple mini-interviews (MMI) and panels.
I tell all my students one thing: there are a plethora of questions these interviewers can ask you, and I cannot possibly teach you all of them. I am not teaching you answers to these interview questions, I am teaching you how to approach them. So regardless of what weird interview questions you get, you will be able to answer them with confidence. My students have had great success in getting into their university of choice, and have been satisfied with my teaching method, and I manage to create great rapport with the students.
I am also experienced in teaching other subjects, such as mathematics, biology, chemistry, UCAT, BMAT, and the extended project qualification (EPQ).
My teaching style
I am very flexible with teaching, but I tend to introduce students to questions and critique and perfect their answers. I often give formulas and structures to follow to make it easier for applicants to answer common interview questions and themes. I also push students to find something they are passionate about and bring it into their interview to maximise their performance.
My past experience
I have extensive experience in teaching medical school interviews, mathematics, biology, chemistry, and the extended project qualification.
I have experience in teaching students applying to Newcastle University, Sunderland University, the University of Manchester, Cardiff University, University of Central Lancashire and more.
I have attained a mark of 100% for my EPQ, attaining an A*.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement is perhaps going from someone who was terrified of public speaking to loving it. This came from years of putting myself out there, from joining debate society to getting a distinction in my LAMDA drama exams! I wish to help other students achieve the same for their interviews, regardless of their background in public speaking and performance.
