I am a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong background in learning support and outreach tutoring, particularly skilled in assisting students with special educational needs and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. My teaching style
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s unique needs, especially those with SEND and SEMH requirements. I create structured and purposeful learning environments where students feel encouraged to communicate and engage actively. I use targeted teaching to help students grasp complex concepts while constantly motivating and encouraging them, adapting my approach based on their responses to foster both academic progress and emotional resilience.
My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements is successfully supporting students with diverse learning needs to understand challenging subjects, particularly mathematics, which has improved their academic performance and confidence. Additionally, I take pride in my ability to manage challenging pupil behaviors effectively and create a safe, inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
