I am a kind, calm, and compassionate Tutor with rich experience in classroom teaching, healthcare support, and SEN education. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education Biology, A QTS-Equivalent Teaching Liscence, GCSE, 5 yrs experience, and a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (NVQ3), I combine teaching expertise with my healthcare experience to support learners independence, in school settings or in the comfort of their home.
I also create inclusive
learning environments, provide tailored support for SEND learners, and implement effective educational strategies.
I am able to navigate classroom management, Lesson planning, and regulatory SAFEGUARDING
compliance, complemented by strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
I am a proactive problem-solver, who thrives in Lone working, teamworking and consistently uphold the highest standards of Education& Care according to the Policies and procedures of my organisation.
My teaching style
I make use of Person centred Teaching strategies and techniques. I use different
approaches and techniques(eg non-verbal ques, re-enforcement, chioce and consequences) to De-escalate challenging behaviours and create inclusive learning environments, for learners. I provide tailored support for SEND learners, and implement effective educational strategies. I am able to navigate classroom management, Lesson planning, and regulatory SAFEGUARDING
