5About Me
Hi there, I’m a first year Engineering student at the University of Cambridge, with industry experience in Mechanical and Information engineering, through having completed a year long internship at a surgical robotics company based in Cambridge. I’m enthusiastic about maths and physics, and have participated in Olympiads to a high level, helping build a solid core understanding of physical concepts. I am passionate about helping get these ideas across to my students, and am willing to put in the work required. I also know the Oxbridge application process back to front, and have spent hours collecting bespoke resources to help aid the thinking process admissions are looking for. I strongly believe any student with the right resources and a solid work ethic is able to secure a place at oxbridge!
My teaching style
My teaching style is inspired by the Oxbridge supervision system as it mimics the way interviews will go. I like to give students difficult questions to challenge their understanding and thought process.
My past experience
Yes, I have tutored Maths, Further Maths and Physics A level. I have also helped run crash courses for Olympiad preparation, both in groups and individual.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement was during my internship which I completed over my gap year. I found a novel solution for a problem that had been challenging the company for a long time.
