Season
About Me
My name is Season and I am currently a first-year medical student studying at the University of Edinburgh.
I am passionate about teaching what I know and passing the knowledge on to younger students.
I know the world of GCSEs, A-levels and medical applications is very tough, but I have learnt that there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel.
I did Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Spanish for A-Level and thoroughly enjoyed all four of them. It was hard to juggle doing 4 subjects, an EPQ, Gold DofE, and also preparing for my Medicine application, but there are a lot of tips and tricks that I have learnt to hopefully help others through it.
I believe it is important to enjoy activities outside academics, so my hobbies include jogging, playing basketball, tennis and badminton. I also enjoy reading and playing the tenor saxophone.
My teaching style
My teaching style varies from student to student and I try to base it off of how they learn best.
Generally, I try to incorporate as many diagrams as I can and to make the learning as personalised as possible.
My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements is completing my Gold DofE expedition in the Yorkshire Dales. It required a lot of grit and determination.
