3About Me
I am a second year Physics student at the University of Oxford.
I was the first from my Sixth Form to attend Oxford.
I have done A Levels: Physics (A*), Maths (A*), Further Maths (A), and Spanish (A*).
I enjoy tutoring students with their A levels and admissions tests to help them achieve their dream universities.
I believe the tutoring style must be catered to each individual student so I try to get to know my students well, their strengths and weaknesses and how they learn best. I firmly believe that the best teaching can be done from a place of having struggled to understand concepts, and finding a way to overcome this. people learn at different rates and in different ways.
Past students I have tutored have gone on to achieve offers from universities such as Oxford, ICL, and Durham.
My teaching style
A levels cannot be perfectly designed, so there is always a balance to be struck between answering questions and understanding content. I encourage students to take interest in their studies and understand them deeply, as I did, however I have insight into what you need to know and what is optional to know for students just trying to improve their A level grade.
My past experience
I have over 15 months experience and tutored several students who have gone on to achieve offers from universities such as Oxford, ICL, and Durham.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement is being the first from my Sixth form to get into Oxford, which has given me excellent opportunities.
