Hi! I’m Yazan — an MPharm graduate from Newcastle University with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students reach their full potential in science and maths.

I studied the International Baccalaureate (IB), achieving a score of 37/42, including 6 in Biology HL, 6 in Chemistry HL, and 7 in Arabic HL. Before starting university, I completed a foundation year at INTO Newcastle University, where I scored 88% overall while studying biology, chemistry, maths, English, and computer skills. I graduated with a 2:1 in Pharmacy and now work as a foundation pharmacist, where I apply my scientific knowledge in real clinical settings every day.

I’ve previously tutored GCSE and A-Level students in biology, chemistry, and maths — and I’ve also received a Peer Tutoring Special Contribution Award for my commitment to student success. My teaching style is friendly, clear, and structured. I focus on breaking down complex topics, building confidence, and improving exam technique. I’m bilingual in English and Arabic, which helps me support students from diverse backgrounds more effectively.
