My name is Yashvi, and I am currently pursuing a BSc in AI and Data Science at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have a strong background in teaching and tutoring, with experience across various subjects and academic levels. Currently, I work as a teacher at Impact Academies, where I lead and manage educational programs, helping students build a strong foundation in their subjects.
Previously, I worked at Balaji Group of Tuitions as a doubt facilitator, tutor, and manager, where I taught all commerce subjects and guided students through complex concepts. This role enhanced my ability to simplify difficult topics, personalize learning approaches, and mentor students effectively.
With my passion for education, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to different learning styles, I am excited to bring my expertise to this tutoring role and support students in achieving their academic goals.
My teaching style
My teaching style is highly interactive, student-focused, and adaptable to different learning needs. I believe in making complex concepts simple and engaging by using real-life examples, visual aids, and problem-solving techniques. My approach is structured yet flexible—I assess each student’s strengths and challenges to personalize my teaching accordingly.
I encourage active participation, critical thinking, and open discussions to ensure students not only understand the material but also develop confidence in applying their knowledge. Having worked as a tutor and manager at Balaji Group of Tuitions and currently as a teacher at Impact Academies, I have experience handling diverse learning styles and tailoring my methods to maximize student success.
Ultimately, my goal is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving consistently.
My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements is successfully managing and teaching students at Impact Academies while pursuing my BSc in AI and Data Science. Additionally, during my time at Balaji Group of Tuitions, I played a crucial role as a tutor and manager, helping students excel in their subjects and boosting their confidence.
Another major achievement was adapting quickly as a production manager intern in the fashion industry, despite it being outside my field, demonstrating my ability to learn and perform under pressure.
Moreover, launching my own franchise of Impact Academies and Camps is a milestone that showcases my leadership, entrepreneurship, and commitment to education. These experiences have shaped my ability to mentor students effectively and drive positive learning outcomes.
