About Me
My name is Emakpo Kosin-Mosheshe. I had my first decree from one of the universities in Nigeria, Delta State University and graduated with a Second Class Upper in Microbiology. Driven by a passion for the intricate world of microorganisms cultivated during my microbiology degree, I embarked on a journey to deepen my understanding of the sciences. My early career saw me sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with students across various secondary schools in Nigeria, fostering a love for scientific inquiry in the next generation. Now, my pursuit of academic excellence has brought me to the University of Wolverhampton, where I am currently undertaking a Master’s program. Alongside this postgraduate studies, I continue to engage with the educational landscape, working part-time at a secondary school in the UK, bringing my unique perspective and global experience to the classroom.
My teaching style
My teaching style is as highlighted below

2. Practical and Applied: With a background in microbiology, I appreciate the practical applications of scientific principles by the use of laboratories, online resources with the aim to connect theoretical knowledge to real-world examples and encourage hands-on learning where possible.
3. Developmentally Focused: Having worked with secondary school students in different educational systems, I have developed a keen understanding of adolescent learning by exploring different learning styles for each of my students.
4. Continuously Learning and Adapting: As a current Master’s student and part-time teacher, I am actively involved in furthering my own knowledge and pedagogical skills. I am also committed to continuous professional development and adapting my teaching methods based on current research and best practices.
