About Me
I am currently a final year student at the University of Oxford studying Law. I received 8 A*s and 3As at GCSE level, and A*AA at A Level, including Maths. In my gap year, I tutored many students ranging from 11+ to GCSE Maths. I believe this experience has equipped me with the ability to help students develop their learning to the highest of their potential. I work with students by encouraging them to work outside of their comfort zone, and push themselves, in order to get the best grades possible. For university admissions, I was accepted at five top universities for Law (Oxford, LSE, UCL, Warwick and Bristol.) I believe that with my help with the LNAT and the personal statement, I can aid students with their dreams and aspirations. Sixth form is a difficult time, however with the right push, students can reach their dream universities and more.
My teaching style
My teaching style includes a focus on techniques and practice questions. Once a student is familiar with all techniques possible, especially with the aid of past papers, they will have the confidence and ability to answer any questions on the topic.
My past experience
I have past experiences tutoring. During my gap year, I worked at a tutor centre, tutoring children from 11+ to GCSE level. I worked with students in order to get the best possible grades. As well as this, I have tutored family members in GCSE Maths, with one of my students improving from a D to an A.
