About Me
Hi, I’m Georgia. I have graduated from Queens’ College Cambridge with a BA Law degree. I took A-Levels in Physics, History and Economics, as well as studying Maths to AS-Level. I was part of the Cambridge University Law Society, the Queens’ Bench Law Society and the Cambridge University Arbitration Society, as well as the Astronomy Society. I have helped out at Queens’ College Open Days where I loved chatting to prospective students about the law degree, careers in law, and taking the LNAT.
I have accepted a Training Contract offer with Greenberg Traurig that will commence in 2026, after I attend BPP Law School in 2025 to take the Solicitor Qualification Exams. In the meantime, I have been tutoring, running workshops with StudyMind, and travelling. Outside of work I love playing tennis, cycling and editing videos!
My teaching style
My teaching style will be unique to each student, but will generally follow a structure of figuring out with the student any gaps in their learning, or areas they wish to improve upon. Then, I will set some goals for each session, and hopefully finish with a more relaxed plenary exercise such as a quiz.
My past experience
I am experienced in tutoring a wide range of subjects and age groups. For example, I have tutored for 11+, KS3 Maths, GCSE Physics, as well as reading and SPaG for SATs.
My Proudest Achievements
I achieved 171 on the 11+, 29 on the LNAT, and received an award for my English Literature skills from my secondary school. I received a silver award for the Physics Olympiad. I self-taught GCSE Economics in one year, meaning I had to completely structure my own learning and work from a limited set of resources, eventually receiving a Grade 8 at the end of Year 11. My proudest achievement, however, was probably receiving a Cambridge offer, which was completely unexpected!
