About Me
I am a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who has always enjoyed studying and learning new things. I recently obtained a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Sheffield and am now close to obtaining my Master’s degree in Cancer and Therapeutics from Queen Mary University London. I have a passion for science, particular biology and chemistry, and would love to teach and share my knowledge with students, and help students to achieve the best possible grades in an interactive, interesting and efficient manner. I have always enjoyed studying and learning new things, and usually obtain the amazing grades in all my exams and pieces of work. I am extremely organised with my work, determined to learn and passionate about science. I would really love to help students to obtain the best grades, enjoy learning and reach their goals!
My teaching style
I find it is very efficient to learn via visual representations, particularly with science. I like to teach students the content and follow up with practice questions, including past exam papers, to really give students a taste of how exams will test them and prepare them in the best possible way. Students then go over the content they did not answer as well in the practice questions to fully understand each concept.
My Proudest Achievements
Obtaining a Second-class honours, upper division (2.1) in Biochemistry from the university of Sheffield, and working currently at a distinction level in my Master’s degree in Cancer and Therapeutics.
