Hi, I am Sadia who is currently working hard to achieve her Master’s degree. I am a BSc graduate who has been working as a part-time tutor for about four years. I hope to become a lecturer and am interested in tutoring because it lets me gain suitable experience to achieve my dreams.
Tutoring children feels special because I feel I get to connect with them when they share their academic challenges with me and want to work with me to help them progress through academic journey. Over time, I have learnt to be able to hold communication between me and my clients and find new ways to help my students to achieve their academic goals. This has required me to constantly customise my teaching styles for different students and apply my current knowledge to providing a good service.

My teaching style
My teaching style involves communication and mutual respect. Additionally, I make sure that my students are eventually comfortable in answering many practise questions as exam practise questions have proven to be really useful and trains students to apply their knowledge in unique ways to further regurgitate the information.
My past experience
I have been tutoring for the last four years. I have tutored kids from age 4 who are learning how to write and read to children who are taking their GCSE exams. I have experience in tutoring Maths, Science and English up to GCSE level. I have also undertaken tutoring opportunities for young kids who are taking 11+ exams.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement was graduating from Birkbeck University with a 2:1 honours in BSc. Planetary Sciene with Astronomy.
