22About Me
Hello! My name is Binari and I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics and am currently in my final semester of the Master of Data Science at Monash University. I have a strong passion for mathematics and statistics, and I am deeply captivated by the fascinating field of data science. Alongside my studies, I have gained experience teaching primary and secondary mathematics, which stems from my genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
With a strong foundation in both theory and practical applications, I am eager to share my expertise and help students confidently navigate the exciting landscape of Mathematics, English, and other key subjects. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and the art of transforming raw data into actionable insights, skills that I aim to pass on to the students I teach.
I am dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment that not only builds knowledge and confidence but also makes learning enjoyable, engaging, and accessible for every student.
My teaching style
As a tutor, I’m not just here to teach but to inspire. I believe in making complex concepts digestible, fostering a love for numbers, and helping students feel more comfortable in subjects they may be struggling with. I take a personalized approach to every student, tailoring my teaching to their unique needs and aspirations. I’m enthusiastic about guiding learners to develop strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when faced with challenges.
I aim to provide an introduction to the concept at hand and allow the student to then allow them to try the task at hand on their own, while also providing any assistance when necessary.
My past experience
I have two years of experience teaching Mathematics to primary and secondary students in the UK.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement would be attaining a First Class Honours in my BSc in Data Science and Business Analytics, which was achieved after three years of hard work and strenuous effort.
