About Me
I am a first year student at King’s college London university, having just completed my A levels at a local grammar school. As I have sat my A-Level exams quite recently, I believe this makes me well equipped to provide a reliable, up to date and relatable form of tutoring for students.
Alongside the nurturing of academic intelligence and skill, I also strongly believe in cultivating a system of hard work, which is crucial for academic success. In addition, I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodiverse children, being the oldest sibling of 2 autistic younger sisters who have differing struggles and needs that require my support. For these reasons, my academic commitment and dedication has made me passionate about helping other kids of all backgrounds and spectrums to achieve the best.
My teaching style
My teaching style is both verbal, visual and practical, as I can eloquently explain a particular point that a student may struggle to understand, as well as forming a diagram or drawing to further their ability at grasping a particular concept. Im addition, I also ensure that students are familiarised with their subject content and past papers, as this is essential to feeling more at ease when sitting exams.
My Proudest Achievements
Some of my proudest achievements include going from a grade E in A-level English Literature at the beginning of sixtn form to a grade A at the end, and going from a grade D in psychology to a grade A also. Getting an offer from KCL, being an early applicant.
