Olatz
About Me
Hello! My name is Olatz. I have over 5 years of experience working with students of all backgrounds aged between 13-18 at summer schools across Pembroke College in Cambridge and Eton College, as an assistant coach for my local triathlon club and as an ambassador for the Royal Geographical Society. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, and speak French and German at C1 level, including undertaking intensive study abroad language courses at Freie Universität in Berlin and with Institute Linguistic Adenet in Montpellier. I graduated with a first-class in my final year at the University of Cambridge studying Geography, and all the other courses I received university offers from included Geography and an additional language. Whether you’re looking to practise your language skills, deepen your subject knowledge, or be as prepared as possible for university admissions, I make learning motivating, structured, and rewarding in a friendly and safe environment.
My teaching style
I design tailored lessons suited to the student’s specific goals and outcomes. These are supported by using real-world case-studies, while encouraging active engagement and consolidation throughout the lesson. I use assessment for learning to close any gaps the student may have.
My Proudest Achievements
In November 2025 I had the opportunity to present in the United Nations in Geneva!
