The maths summer school was an amazing experience that really challenged my thinking! The set theory and proofs session helped me understand mathematical logic in a way I hadn’t before. The visit to Bletchley Park was a real highlight – learning about the history of codebreaking and its mathematical foundations was inspiring. I now feel much more prepared for studying maths at university!

This programme gave me a great insight into higher-level maths beyond what we learn in school. Exploring vector spaces was challenging but so rewarding, and the way the tutors explained it made it much easier to understand. The final presentation session helped me improve my confidence in explaining mathematical concepts. I would highly recommend this to anyone passionate about maths!

I really enjoyed the variety of topics covered in this summer school. The problem-solving and infinity sessions were fascinating and really pushed me to think outside the box. The workshops were interactive, and I loved working through complex problems as a group. The UCAS and careers session was also super helpful, giving me insight into different maths-related degree options!
