I’m Simran and I’m a first year medical student at the University of Liverpool. I achieved 3/4 medical school offers at Bart’s, Liverpool and Leicester. I hope to help others find the confidence in themselves going forward and support them in achieving their respective goals. No goal is too ambitious! I hope to support you in pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and adopting a growth mindset. Only when we push ourselves a little can we truly develop as a person and flourish both personally, socially and academically. It’s true that we will always be faced with failure in one form or another but by learning resilience, perseverance and working effectively rather than harder, you can achieve your goals. I hope to help and support you in your own personal journeys in the future. I wish you all luck with your respective goals!

Hello, I’m Leyla Hepsaydir. I am an architect-in-training; having graduated with my BA in Architecture from Trinity College, University of Cambridge in 2017, and more recently with my MSc from Delft University of Technology in 2023. I have worked as a design and architecture tutor since 2019 and love learning from young people from all over the world.
Since my Bachelors, I have studied and worked in many countries, taking on a variety of architectural design/research/construction roles in London, Istanbul, Houston, Amsterdam and Lausanne. My socio-spatial interests are broad; spanning from ethnographic research through drawing, collective natural construction methods, agricultural practices and production, politics of discarded heritage and so on. I spend time volunteering in construction and weaving education workshops in my spare time.

Hi! My name is Doaa Sallam, I’m a 4th-year Medical Student at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus.
I’m originally from Egypt, however I was born and raised in Kuwait. I attended a British International School where I completed my IGCSE, AS and A Levels.
I’ve always admired how there is an endless amount of knowledge, and although we have a plethora of information we are only hitting the tip of the iceberg there is so much more to discover and that excites me to learn more each day. I’ve always loved all the subjects we would do in school, more specifically the sciences and math, how they stimulate our brains in ways that are so interesting, and how so many different aspects and professions are all correlated one way or another! Like how we can use geography, mathematics to calculate statistics, medicine and biology to understand how certain areas of the world are more susceptible to a greater amount of people suffering from allergies etc.
Going through school and now 4 years into university, I’ve realised that there is no one way to study – it is purely adaptable to each student and their learning styles. Being able to test different studying techniques and tips has given me the ability to know which techniques are suited to improving one’s grades and how to study smarter – not harder.
My endless love for the ongoing growth of science and being able to guide people into understanding complex aspects in simpler terms is something I can’t wait to share!

Hello! I’m Pearl, a second-year medicine student at Queen Mary, University of London. I’m passionate about anything science or art related! In my spare time, I love to read, paint or dance my heart away. I’m looking forward to getting involved in more research in the future and perhaps even fulfilling my dream of becoming a pediatrician:)

I’m quite passionate about helping other people and giving back to the community. Currently, I work with Inspire Foundation to help children with autism develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. In the past, I’ve helped other students prepare for their exams and fill out their applications for university. I am also a certified first-aider and work with ERRC to provide ambulance services at major events!

I’m looking forward to helping more students achieve their dreams through MedicMind:)

Hello! I’m Antonia, and I graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class BFA Fine Art in 2023. I am a practising artist, and I tutor Art across all ages, Philosophy A Level, Religious studies A Level, and English as a Foreign Language. I achieved all A*s and 9s at GCSE, and all A* at A Level. My students so far have all achieved A* at A Level, and I thoroughly enjoy facilitating a friendly and non-judgemental atmosphere in my classes so that students have the confidence needed to succeed. I am an experienced Art admissions tutor, and am happy to help with portfolios, personal statements, and interview preparation. Additionally, I offer IELTs, Cambridge and Michigan EFL tutoring and hold a 170hr TEFL qualification. As a freelance EFL tutor, I have supported children and adults alike in improving their English and realising their dreams of studying abroad or working with a global company.
