Hello, my name is Pramit Majumder and I am a STEM educator with strong experience in teaching Maths, Physics, Science, and Engineering from KS3 to A Level and university preparation. I hold an MSc in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering and a City & Guilds teaching qualification. Over the last few years, I have taught in colleges, delivered one-to-one tutoring, and supported students through online platforms such as MyTutor and Explore Learning. I also taught international students at Oxford Royale Summer School, leading interactive problem-solving and engineering projects. Hello, my name is Temuulen and I have done International Baccalaureate, GCSE/IGCSE and NCUK in the past. I have done IB Mathematics Analysis and Approaches higher level and Physics Standard level and both achieved grade 6 out of 7. For the NCUK I have also done Further Mathematics, Mathematics and Physics, which all scored A* and also achieving A* in GCSE/IGCSE Mathematics. In my spare time I also enjoy helping my friends with their questions on those subjects which allowed me to be nominated as a teaching assistant. In addition, I have been working as a home tutor in maths in the past, which helped me to develop experiences in teaching and helping students to understand difficult concepts thus improving their overall knowledge and exam grades. I am a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence and Electrical Engineering, alongside extensive experience working in UK secondary schools and one-to-one tutoring settings. I am a first-year Land Economy student at the University of Cambridge, combining interests in economics, policy, and real-world data. Before Cambridge, I completed the IB Diploma with a score of 44/45, focusing on Economics, Mathematics, and research. I have worked on analytical projects with organisations such as Rosbank and VK, where I carried out market evaluations, behavioural-economics studies, and strategic proposals. My independent econometric research on climate adaptation was later published and presented internationally.
Teaching has been a consistent part of my academic journey. While leading the Economics Department at Priceless Education, I organised lessons, developed learning materials, and worked with students from different backgrounds. I enjoyed breaking down complex models into simple, visual explanations, guiding students through past papers, and helping them build confidence step by step. During international competitions—such as the Wharton Investment Competition—I mentored younger teammates through valuation, forecasting, and portfolio design, which naturally grew into a habit of supporting others in their learning.

I recently graduated with a BSc Computer Science (Hons) degree with First Class Honors. I am currently interviewing with companies to find the right fit for me and have decided to become a tutor to teach people about computers. I am an extremely passionate individual when it comes to computing and have been programming for 5+ years. I generally work in Web development, AI and mobile development and also embedded systems to some extent which include ESP32 boards and Raspberry PI’s. I am currently working on my projects and would love to show them to you if you’re interested so you can learn more about my skills and how I can better suit you. Besides computers, I love playing sports mainly cricket and badminton. I like DJing even though I’m not very good at it and my friends hate the noise. I am planning to pursue a master’s in AI in the future.
