Hi there! My name is Zunaira Saeed and I am a Junior Doctor. I have been tutoring students for Medical Interviews, A-levels, and GCSEs for about 10 years now. I also teach GAMSAT, BMAT and Interviews for Australian Medical Universities. At A-Levels, I achieved 2 A* in Biology and Chemistry and A in Physics. At GCSEs, I secured 7A*1A. My lessons are personalized to the individual student according to their requirements with special focus on their weaknesses and I give my students enough time until they are able to clear their concepts and improve before we move on to the next topic. Recently, one of my students got 2 offers from Queen Mary and Sheffield and another received an offer from UEA. My aim is to contribute to Medic Mind’s goal of helping students get through the doors of medical school through my knowledge and teaching skills. Hi 👋 I’m Kara, a History and Politics graduate from Brasenose college, Oxford! I am super passionate about all things History and Politics as well as International Relations, English literature and Economics. I am available to help students with a wide range of challenges, from Economics A-level to achieving full marks in an EPQ. Outside of studying, I enjoy travelling, reading fiction and all types of exercise, especially the gym and I am a firm believer in having a great work life balance. I have graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2.1 in Philosophy and Theology. Prior to attending Oxford, I achieved A*A*A* in English Literature, Latin and Religious Studies, with 5 A*S, 4 Grade 9s and a Grade 8 in GCSEs.

For the past few years, I have been a private tutor which has also entailed mentoring young students and seeing them progress and achieving their dream spots at their universities. This has enabled me to build client relationships and to handle multiple concurrent tasks, since I balanced tutoring with my ability to thrive in Oxford’s rigorous academic environment. I also believe that I work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines, which is an ability that my time at Oxford has prepared me well for.

Julia studies Global Sustainable Development at the University of Warwick (UK) and completed a study abroad year in Tinghua University (China). She achieved 44 points in the International Baccalaureate Diploma whilst engaging in a range of extracurriculars. I hold an Upper Second Class Honours in my Master’s degree in Pharmacy and have been working in various pharmacy settings since the age of 19. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience across both NHS and private healthcare sectors, including placements and roles in general practice, hospital pharmacy, and community settings. This diverse exposure has enabled me to develop a broad, flexible, and adaptable skill set, while significantly strengthening my clinical knowledge. Working in multidisciplinary teams and caring for patients from a range of backgrounds has also enhanced my communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Hi there! My name is Tia and I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford with a degree in French and Spanish. I have experience teaching French, Spanish and English to a range of students at all levels.

As a graduate in languages, I know exactly what foundations need to be laid to excel at French and Spanish, and I’m familiar with a range of exam boards. Having myself achieved 9s at GCSE in both languages, and A stars at A-Level, I am well-placed to support students. Beyond A-Level, I am keen to work with students who are prospective Oxbridge applicants.
