Hi! My name is Joseph and I am going into my third year studying biological Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. I will specialise in Pathology, but have taken physiology, neurobiology and chemistry at degree level too. I understand how exhausting the Oxbridge application process can be, and how challenging it is to balance this with preparation for exams too. I want to assure you that your success is my priority and I am happy to help in any way that I can. Whether you need help with your personal statement, admissions exams, interviews or with your end of year exams I am determined to help you succeed. I hope that I can help you be excited about applying to University too – researching universities and writing applications feels daunting but as someone who is having a great time at university currently, I know that the end result is worth it. I do a lot of theatre at university which requires a lot of time management skills to balance alongside a demanding degree, but I do this because I understand the importance of finding joy outside of academic work. In my lessons I will help you succeed but I will encourage this in a healthy and productive way.

Hi, my name is Anindita (or Ani) and I recently graduated from Cambridge, where I studied Natural Sciences.
I studied a really broad range of subjects in my first year at Cambridge – Maths, Physics, Cell Biology, and Evolution & Behaviour. Though I applied to Cambridge as a physical natural scientist, I actually ended up specialising in Zoology in my final year, and am now about to start a MSc in Ecology and Data Science from UCL. I aspire to become a conservation scientist!

I really loved my time at university, and was active in several different societies, especially my college’s boat club. I am happy to help with personal statements for Oxbridge, as well as with NSAA and interview prep for Cambridge.

I went to school in India, and therefore did an A-level equivalent syllabus. However, I am also happy to tutor science at the GCSE level, and A-level Biology, Physics, and Maths 🙂

In the previous year, I had applied for medicine, receiving offers from University College London and Kings College London but I decided to take a gap year as I did not want to become a doctor. I have experience tutoring for the following subjects at both GCSE and A Level: Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Scored grade 9/A* at GCSE/A Level in all respectively). Hello! My name is Sophia and I am a 3rd year medical student currently studying at the University of Bristol. I achieved top grades in my GCSEs and A levels, as well as in my UCAT. Having gone through A levels and the medicine application process, I understand how stressful and hard it is and I would like to guide students to achieve the best grades they can to get into their dream university. I am passionate and patient in teaching students, and eager to improve students’ confidence in exams and university interviews. I will tailor classes to each student to ensure they can understand material in the best way they can. My name is Melissa. I have just finished the pre-clinical course at Cambridge and will be starting Clinical school in September. I started tutoring maths and english to young children when I was 14 and have been teaching ever since. I now specialise in the medicine application process, maths and science. The competition for medical school is tough and I provide my students with tips I learnt along the way and wish I knew earlier on in the application process. Previous students of mine have gone on to gain offers from Oxbridge and 4/4 medical schools. I am friendly and approachable, and I encourage my students to ask me as many questions as possible. Hello, I am Jacob. I recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters degree in Natural Sciences. I specialise in biochemistry; having also studied cell biology, chemistry, and physics at the university level. Throughout my studies I have achieved research positions in many world-leading laboratories including the Gurdon Institute and Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute. I currently work at CRUK as a research scientist, and will shortly begin a PhD investigating the molecular biology of resistance to radiation therapy in cancer. I have an extensive knowledge of biology and chemistry from my time learning directly from world leaders in these fields at Cambridge.
I have an interest and enthusiasm for science, particularly cell biology, which I hope to teach to others. I also aim to make Russell group universities and Oxbridge more accessible to bright students who have not recieved the right opportunities to excel.

Hello! I’m Sotia, a current Medical student at The University of Manchester and I’m currently doing an integrated PhD in cancer research. I am also a Biomedical Sciences Graduate from The University of Edinburgh!

I have always found tutoring particularly rewarding. Having worked with students of all age groups and abilities I have learned to adapt each lesson to my student’s needs. I also have extensive experience working with children with special education needs and can accommodate to the students’ and parents’ preferences! I have mainly worked with students aged between 14-20 teaching GCSE and A level in high school and have been privately teaching IGCSE for the last few years. I also have experience with younger children in a different teaching capacity as I have taught children between the ages of 3and 12 how to swim and have been teaching karate to all age groups for the past 15 years.
I also specialize in helping Undergraduate and Master’s students with their Theses and Dissertations.

As I have been in higher education for the past 10 years now, I am highly experienced with entrance exams, the interview process, and anything else a student may need to achieve their goals! Having gone through multiple application processes for my degrees I know how challenging and stressful it can be to study for exams as well as prepare for interviews! I therefore also offer university advice for incoming medical students as well as interview prep!

I am extremely passionate about life-long learning as well as teaching which is why I’m pursuing a PhD as well as studying medicine so I can one day become a professor.
